Life is good in Lake Chelan

Hi there this is Kim Skaar with Coldwell Banker Cascade and Lake Chelan Properties.  This is my 23rd year with the same company and same office in downtown Lake Chelan.  What I like most about my job is that I get to introduce new people to our community and help them find the place of their dreams so they can spend more time east of the mountains. We moved here in 1996 from Lake Sammamish and never looked back. My wife, Robyn Skaar and I raised three boys in the Lake Chelan Valley and two of them are still here working in Real Estate.  We got out of all the traffic, the depressing weather and made a life change that was very good for my family.  We are closer to recreation and the things that we all enjoy which are fishing, boating, snow skiing, water sports, biking, hiking and golf.
